What is Minco Supply's return policy?

We have a hassle-free return policy. Please note that all refunds are subject to the following conditions:

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as it was received.

The product must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided. If any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny the refund request.
